Hello singers!
If you are having trouble
downloading, installing or using your Sing Like A Pro vocal training
program, please check the following list of frequently asked
questions for a solution to your problem. The answer is likely on
this page!
Q) I haven't been sent my
username and password yet, where is it?
A)
Firstly, make sure you're checking for it from the same email
address you provided when you ordered it. If it's not in your inbox,
check your junk mail and spam email folders! Sometimes what happens,
is your email filters will pick up the email and store it in one of
these folders before you get a chance to see it.
If you still can't find them, email us and customer service will send
them out to you manually.
Q) I'm getting a security
error message when I try to open the e-book!
A)
Check the security settings on your computer. If you have an
antivirus program or a firewall, you may have to relax the settings
to allow for the new program.
Q) When I try to download
the lessons, I get a message that the file is damaged, what do I do
now?
A) Try deleting the lessons file
from your computer, and then re-download it. This usually happens
when there is an interruption in the download. If it still doesn't
work after two attempts, email us and we'll send you the lessons
manually.
Q) I have a Mac and I'm
having trouble downloading the book!
A)
Most customers with Mac's can still open the book, but usually they
have software that converts PC files so the Mac can open them. If
you don't have a program like this, email us and we can send it to
you in PDF.
Q) I haven't been sent the
link to download the ebook!
A)
The link is in the same email that your username and password were
in. Here it is again for quick reference:
